This review is for Core Offroad, particularly for the interstate customer. I originally contacted Core Offroad in early October 2023. This was after a while of shopping around at various canopy and builds on the market. I found them to be very polite and welcoming. My contact at Core was Brendan Scott. I cannot speak highly enough of his service. Throughout the whole process, he was always available to answer all our questions and provide genuine, customer-centric advice and recommendations.

I did have numerous concerns which all were acknowledged and addressed. I was guided through the process very smoothly. The first concern was purchasing a new vehicle and arranging all the modifications that were required to be undertaken pre-registration. This was all looked after by Core Offroad. They arranged everything. They liaised with the dealership and the third-party providers to ensure that everything was arranged for me.
Another concern was purchasing a complete canopy and vehicle fit out without physically seeing it in person. I live in NSW, Core Offroad is in WA. Core Offroad has quite an extensive YouTube channel with a lot of their builds being uploaded. All the feedback I found was highly positive. I was also concerned of the timings of the build, along with any registration issues for the vehicle being modified, if I were to need to get it registered back in NSW. Brendan was very accurate with the timings required for the works which made arranging flights simple.

The Handover experience at the team at Core Offroad was unreal! Very friendly and professional team. Total of 8 months between initial contact with Core Offroad and picking up my dream rig. A lot of that was the wait for the vehicle to arrive at the dealership.

The vehicle has been through my mechanic and auto-sparkle. Both have commented on the high quality of workmanship that went into the build.

I have since put over 23000km on the rig with the GTU canopy and have found it to a very well build unit! No issues with inspections or registrations. The follow-up support from Core Offroad has been brilliant with the occasional check-in to ensure all is still going great!

If you are wondering whether it is possible to buy a vehicle that you have not seen before, pass it on to a company whose employees you have spoken to for only 30 minutes about a possible conversion and place the order from Oversees by email ...., I can say that this experience has led to a 100% satisfying result.
From purchasing the standard vehicle till the handover of the finished off-road build took about half a year. Almost 100 emails were written back and forth to define what was desired and what was possible.
We never had a bad feeling about transfering high sums of money during the process.
Right from the start, our gut feeling predicted that Core Offroad would be 100% trustworthy.
This was more than exeeded. The support provided by Brendan was excellent. With a great deal of expertise, he paid attention to even the smallest technical detail in the planning and realisation.
The test drive in January 2024 showed that the built vehicle can withstand even the toughest conditions of the Outback.
The aftersales support is also unique and we have had some more modifications done .... again without being on site.
Looking forward to picking up the vehicle again at the beginning of January 2025.

What can I say about Core Offroad? That hasn't been said 🤔. Very enjoyable journey with Jimmy, Jodi, Brendan (Breno) 1, Cruz, Angelo, James, Jo, Aaron and his little friend Jarrett & Brendan 2 also to anyone else who helped to get us on and off the road.
Jimmy and the team helped us through the process of our ultimate tourer off-road, Brand New Ford Ranger XLT Next generation with the Core GTU Canopy and many more extras with their turn key package.
For us, it was a rewarding experience as we are from South Australia, a place called Moonta Bay.

Core Offroad are TOTALLY AWESOME, Jimmy arranged my turn key BT50 build for me all while based in Victoria. Right down to purchasing the vehicle, installing both a GVM & GCM all prior to registration along with a GTU canopy with custom fishing tackle storage. My list of accessories on the build was at times trying for Jimmy, Brendan and the team but they never hesitated to accommodate my wishes, in the end as they labeled it "THE BEAST" was complete and it is. 12 Months on and over 40,000Kms travelled, this build was stress free for me with the Core team constantly updating me on progress. Anyone looking for a top of the range canopy setup even if you live in the eastern states give Core a call their professional services are second to none. For me the adventures are only just beginning, if you see me on the road ask me about my build, I love talking about it about as much as I love travelling in it.

I found Core offroad to be exceptional to deal with. Very friendly and most importantly, after sales service that was completely unexpected. They took the time to walk through the project with you on your vechile and showed a genuine interest in their customer. Something that is clearly lacking in business and services today. A genuine find for all 4x4 enthusiasts. They had a prompt service and workmanship was excellent.
I would definitely use Core Offroad in Rockingham again for anything on my 4x4 and thoroughly recommend this service to all 4x4 followers.

I bought a 270° bushwacker awning and used it on the weekend on the beach and it was easy to set up, gives great coverage and looks brilliant.
I also bought the 150 amp battery box and run my 95 litre fridge for 2 days.
The staff at Core are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.
