Bought premium beef mince and got mutton mince. Very disappointing. Yes I am a butcher and a cook. The difference in smell is very obvious. So sad that you are ripping of your customers or your butcher is ripping of all of you!! Disgraceful!!

Good prices, friendly staff, hot food.
ALSO
the young staff are poorly trained & management doesn't care. I've not one time been asked for loyalty card, I have to force it at them. Never been offered a bag, either, I always have to ask.

I mentioned all of this to a senior staff today and her reply was "oh we get busy". There was literally 2 other customers at the time.

Great work to the young lad on the counter on Wednesday afternoon. The family were grateful about your knowledge about products on special as they all got icecream too. Keep being a great person, treating everyone with kindness, having a smile on your face, I mean maybe it's cos it was near the end of your shift but either way, thanks for your suggestion and info. Appreciated greatly

Pretty good store met some friendly locals and had a nice chat. The town is very historical and very pretty. Bring a cardigan folks she's pretty cool this place ❄️🤓

Small country grocery store, lots of staff, very busy. Often not very tidy, often not much on the shelves but I think this is because it has such a high turnover. Prices are quite high considering the buying power of Cornetts, however, they do employ lots of locals, give kids a go at their first jobs, have an amazing plant and seedling selection and have a really good range of fruit and veg when it is stocked.
