Needs some serious work, majority of the amenities are broken. New addition today I noticed… no hand wash available in the men’s bathrooms.
Time to fix the building like the escalators, bathrooms and the regular homeless man that bathes there in the morning.

Very small shopping centre, Woolworths, Kathmandu, Priceline and coffee shop few fitness centres. Medical centre on-site. Has both a lift and elevators but this elevator is very narrow. Main carpark underneath is extremely different and you wouldn't want to be tall in statue as it is very low. Small but useful for quick shop. 😁

Best floor of any shopping centre in Australia, but probably not many notice it.
I’ve watched the fella polishing it, he’s an artist.
Shops are meh, Gym is good, undercover carpark is a missed opportunity for a panel beater and spray painter to advertise in, as there is business for them to be had there.
I still go there to marvel at that floor. Seriously check it out, and if you’re lucky enough to see the fella who preps it then watch him for a while and get a lesson in dedication.

Cottesloe is a charming local gem! It's clean, well-maintained, and offers a delightful mix of shops and cafes. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Perfect for a leisurely browse or a quick coffee stop. Highly recommended!

Grocery store, news agent, bottle store, gym, coffee shop, mobile accessories and repairs and a few other small businesses. It's convenient and the underground parking with direct access conveniently keeps us out of the rain and baking sun

Woolworths is the main store, recent renovations have made the store bigger, parking is good if you go down to the basement, trying to park on the ground floor requires luck. There is a shopping trolley friendly escalator from the basement car park.

Bakery is awesome chicken rolls are sooo good . Eccles are great aswell and the prawn toast OMG best thing is price definitely one of best bakeries I've come across
