Superb from start to end. Wonderful new hotel in a brilliant location (walking distance to the buses, trains and restaurants). Fantastic breakfast menu plus free tea, coffee, hot choc, juice, toast, fruit and cereal. Exceptionally comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom including hair dryer. The room had a fridge, safe, kettle and iron. The air con worked amazingly especially as it was 39 degrees each day. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!!

Great hotel, easy smooth check in and a little glass of bubbly with perfect staff what more could you possibly want 😊 Rooms are beautiful and spacious and so well kept. Another big plus is cleaners are respectful and very quiet in the morning a big change from other hotels and no room service also means it's a lot quieter too 😊 will definitely be back

Our choice of hotel was made due to it's closeness to Fiona Stanley Hospital and it proved a great decision.
Not only were we a short walk to the hospital we enjoyed a room that was not only spotlessly clean it was also well appointed.

The service was outstanding both at booking in and out and the restaurant staff were a pleasure to deal with.

Strongly recommend the Marriott if you need to be close to the hospital.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a work trip. Very nice, new hotel in the developing hospital precinct. Rooms very clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and welcoming.
If you can get the limited on-street parking overnight, this is much cheaper than the parking complex.
My only complain was that there is a $10 "delivery" fee to have in-room dining brought up the lift from the restaurant, which is unreasonable. You can save this fee by collecting your meal from the front desk, but when ordering through the app, there was no way to charge to my room.

This is a very nice hotel with exceptional service and very comfortable beds. I was greeted at check in with a choice of water or champagne (of course I choose the bubbles), such a nice touch after a long journey. As a platinum member, I was recognized and treated with sweets and a bottle of wine upon check in. Always appreciate having a robe and slippers in the room as well! Highly recommend.

Hotel is small but very clean and new Staff are all so smiley and helpful. Beds are very comfortable and location is fairly central in Perth. However, I think having complimentary parking will be good.||Note that although some amenities like bath products and toothbrushes are provided, there are no room slippers.

Very convenient if you have a loved one in the nearby hospitals. Very quiet, all services provided, secure undercover car parking at your cost but some of it is subsidised by the hotel. All staff very friendly and knowledgeable. ||Food was great. No complaints at all.

Lovely hotel, brand new, in ideal location for visitors to Murdoch. Extremely comfortable beds, great showers, choice place to eat at Substance and great staff where nothing is too much trouble. Did not have time to use fitness centre, but expect it would be as good as the rest of the hotel.
