I recently had the pleasure of meeting up with some friends for lunch, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. The venue we chose was bustling with a variety of food options, offering an impressive array of world cuisines. Whether you were in the mood for something exotic or a familiar favorite, there was something to satisfy every palate. The abundance of seating made it easy for us to find a comfortable spot, and despite the lively atmosphere, the noise level was quite reasonable, allowing for easy conversation.

We decided to try the fish and chips from a shop called Morley Reef & Carvery, which is conveniently located near a massive fish tank that added a unique and enjoyable ambiance to our meal. The serving size was generous, and the price was quite reasonable, making it a great value for the quality and quantity of food we received. The fish was perfectly cooked, with a crispy batter and tender, flaky interior, while the chips were golden and delicious.

As we savored our meal, we spent a pleasant two hours eating and chatting, catching up on each other's lives and sharing stories. The relaxed environment and good company made the time fly by. We all agreed that it was a wonderful spot for a casual lunch and decided that we would definitely plan to meet there again in the future. The combination of great food, a comfortable setting, and the company of good friends made it a memorable outing that we look forward to repeating.

Coventry Pavilion has a nice ambiance, and the setup of the venue is impressive, creating a comfortable atmosphere for a weekend meal. However, our experience was a bit of a mixed bag.

We ordered the ribs, expecting a variety of options since they offer chicken, beef, and pork. Surprisingly, on a Saturday, they only had pork available, which was disappointing. The ribs took about 20 minutes to arrive, though it was reassuring to know they were cooked fresh, as the server mentioned. When they did come out, the quality was decent but nothing remarkable.

We also ordered chips, which came out almost instantly after the ribs, in about two minutes. They were just okay—exactly what you’d expect from pub chips.

The staff experience was varied. One server was friendly and helpful, even checking on the status of our ribs, which was much appreciated. However, another server (wearing glasses) seemed indifferent. When we asked about the ribs’ timing, he simply said he didn’t know and didn’t offer to check, which was a bit frustrating.

In summary, Coventry Pavilion has a well-designed space, which sets the mood nicely. The food and service could use some consistency, but it’s a reasonable spot if you’re looking for a casual pub experience.

Coventry Village is one of my favorite places for grocery shopping! It has everything in one spot—great restaurants, a salon, Spudshed, an Indian store, a fresh fish and meat market, and even a halal butcher shop. The variety is amazing, making it a fantastic place for both shopping and dining.

Beyond shopping, it’s also a great place to hang out and try different foods from various cuisines. Plus, there are plenty of play areas for kids, making it a family-friendly destination. I highly recommend Coventry Village to everyone!

Great place, good food deals and shops including 2 supermarkets.
I was sitting there with 2 people and one guy told me a pigeon pooped in n me,which I informed management about the excess pigeons in there and they weren't worried about it... Definitely unhygienic having pigeons flying around the markets

While this is a market and lots of families come to shop at MCQ, Spudshed, etc. to get a bargain on their weekly grocery shopping, the prices of cooked food is comparatively higher than restaurants offering the same dishes. We were quite surprised that for this large market there is not the same value for money to be found at its eating stalls where customers sit in common areas which is expected as part of the ambiance and experience. But the tables are not cleared or wiped regularly and I’m not sure if the cleaners do them or the stall operators. Plus the toilets are not functioning properly and are in dire need of repairs or a makeover. Although this is not a food court nor a restaurant they are below the standards expected. There are many older and established markets that are much better maintained and operated. If you’re looking for places to eat you’d do better to visit alternative markets, food courts or standalone restaurants.

Come as you are and enjoy a good shop with the locals.

Expect to navigate a noisy busy bustle, especially during:
- lunch time rush
- after school rush
- school holiday activities & seasonal events

Or enjoy a divinely cool and quieter evening shop after work (apart from the loud radio/music lol).

Chemist warehouse, red dot and spud shed are always lifesavers.

Some delicious eats and cute little gifty & game shops to explore too (though these close much earlier).

It's 5 star for fun

I'm backdating my rating to when the playgrounds where available and I'm not punishing them for refurbishing them, or maybe they've closed the indoor playground, its ok they need more table space which is great.

It's an asian inspired food court with all sorts of treasures inside, get a well priced speedy but decent haircut, cultural foods, Everything deli's fish meats cakes bakery coffee everything.

A good experience

Parking is busy
Park up the back if you have a large vehicle, can walk by your own and don't have kids. It's hectic in the front.

Go up
