Wow how good are these caterers. They delivered everything and more. Punctual, Extremely friendly and the food was amazing, every guest had nothing but good things to say and were happy with variety of choices on offer. My son and daughters wedding was held on our property in the Scenic Rim and the best choice we made was to use Crackling Pork Spit Roast as the caterers. Thanks guys for delivering what was promised.

Thank you for making my Mum’s 80th birthday so easy for us as well as the family. Above and beyond our expectations, especially with the accommodating of one family members dietary needs. Glad there is still a little cake left for me today 😉 Highly recommended and good value for money.

We had a self-serve buffet for my daughter’s 18th.
Roast meats were cooked perfectly and the salads were fresh and delicious.
Rob was fantastic to deal with and the staff member who set up was prompt, professional and friendly.

Rob and the Team at Cracklin Port Spit Roast were amazing, I had my son's 18th Birthday and we catered for 35 people, with the self serve buffet.
Dinner was for 6pm, and the staff arrived 15 minutes prior to set up, everything was so seamless.
The Food was absolutely amazing, and there was more than enough, Price was was perfect as well. I will certainly be recommending and using them again for future events.

I hired Cracklin Pork to cater for my 50th birthday last month and WOW am I glad that I did. I choose the self-serve buffet and it was worth every cent and them some. The team at Cracklin Pork were so easy to deal with from the ordering to delivery, they were on time, set up everything and were so friendly and professional. There was so much food, the roast meats were cooked perfectly and all the salad’s divine. I received comments from every guest that the food was wonderful. The biggest hits were the Creole Barbecued Chicken and Roast Pumpkin and Beetroot Salad but I personally loved everything. I would recommend Rob and the team at Cracklin Pork to anyone who needs catering. Thank you so much, I will definitely be contacting you for any future catering services.

The food was simply outstanding, everyone enjoyed everything!!
The Pig on the Spit was perfect – soft, flavoursome as well as a brilliant table feature.
Steve and Debbie worked so very hard, were super efficient, and lovely people. The presentation and organisation was superb! I was instantly relaxed by their obvious professionalism - nothing was too much trouble. I didn't need to do anything, Steve and Debbie made sure all guests were happy.
Communication with Rob was easy, efficient and comprehensive.
Would totally recommend this business, and we will be looking forward to our next event with them!

Highly recommend Rob and his team from Cracklin Pork Spit Roast who catered for our Dad's 90th. All of our guests commented on how delicious and fresh the food was. Great value for money and great service from the staff who set up, served the guests and then cleaned up. It made for a stress free event. We couldn't have been happier with it all. Highly recommend Rob & his team. They recently catered my hubby's 70th party & we had the fully catered option. The buffet set up was very elegant.
The food was delicious & plenty of it. Matt & Debbie were so efficient with setting up, serving, clearing up. They took all of the stress out of hosting. Thank you very much
