It’s our local & we usually enjoy it recently
It’s a hit or miss with coffee.
Been a few times & have specified Oat Milk
then when we grab the coffee they’re both on full cream , told the young girl on the machine this has happened a few times this week. Just don’t want to keep wasting milk i 100% don’t ask for.

The guy with the beard does a really nice Coffee! Where as the others are as i mentioned a hit or miss.
We’ll be back though definitely do get a great coffee.

I was beginning to think my wife was right and l was just a grumpy old man whose expectations of customer service was a figment of my imagination. Then I dropped our Jura Z10 off for an out of waranty service at Crema. Well l can say superior customer service does exist. Their staff listened and asked the right questions so the tech guys could address the issues efficiently so our machine was ready for pick up a week before the expected date. We had an in depth discussion with the technician who worked on our machine and was extremely helpful with tips and recommendations. Just a great experience not to mention great coffee in the cafe.

Lovely cafe, always has great coffee and good food in every time I’ve been in there. Just recently went in there to look and buy a commercial coffee machine for my home and I’ve been in the sales area for 25 minutes unattended, I fully understand it’s a busy environment but it was a negative experience considering I was there to purchase a machine.
