I finally visited Croff Bakehouse in Perth city center, and to my delight, the experience was exceptional.

The croissants were outstanding, particularly the savory pastry we tried. Filled with beef, it was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of meat, delivering a delicious flavor with an exciting kick. It reminded me of a hybrid beef Wellington roll—so unique and absolutely mouthwatering.

The coffee was excellent as well, pairing beautifully with the crisp freshness of the croissants.

The staff were warm and attentive, going out of their way to ensure our visit was enjoyable. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and valued.

Been a long-time fan of Croff. Their pastries usually end up being the most memorable thing when we have catered meetings and recently found myself taking a break with a Ruben sandwich and coffee. The staff are lovely and willing to gently reheat / toast pretty much anything in the magical heating box. Coffee quality is up with the best of the baristas in town, and the outside seating area can be nice at certain times of the day.

This spot was a little tricky to find hidden away in the corner of Raine Square in the city. There were quite a range of croissants on display in various flavours both sweet and savoury. I bought a box of 5 to share with my family, the box came for free with a min 5 purchase. My favourite was the plain and custard lava croissant with salted egg. I would recommend heating this one up. The croissants were a little on the dry side for me, not sure if they had been over baked this time. But the filling helped a bit to keep them moist. Around $6-8.50 a croissant. It wasn’t a bad price.

A lovely bakery and cafe located at Raine Square right in the Perth CBD. It is great for croissants and cakes. I like the pandan cake which is full of flavours and perfect sweetness.

The coffee is good as well. Counter staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended place for breakfast.

One of the best place to get coffee and hot chocolate outside Perth underground train station…..very friendly staff. Love their croissants (both sweet and savoury are great) and indulgent cookies. Not to mention their mini cake that is served with the coffee is also my favourite!!!

One of the places I visited when I was in Perth was Croff, I went here to get pastries and both pastries I got were incredible! I definitely found the local gem here 💎

On 2 different days, I got the Chocolate Croissant and Pandan Cake. The Croissant was sooo tasty, the crunchy outer layer and soft-buttery inside was heavenly! The Pandan Cake was delicious too, nice pandan flavor and I liked how it’s not as dense as it looked.

Highly recommend if you’re a local and haven’t tried any of their pastries ‼️

PS: The coffee pictured are not from Croff, but they do serve drinks too!

I recently started a new job and have been doing here for caffeine before work. It's hard to resist getting it every day! The matcha is real matcha none of that sweetened fake matcha. The Pistachio croissant is delicious! I got it twice and can't wait to try all the other food and drink. The people who work there are also lovely. Makes my work day so much better. Also they give you mini cakes with your drink and they are yum!

The bakery looked fine but when my friend bit into his croissant there was a piece of plastic in it 、when we told the staff they didn’t offer a replacement croissant or refund. Look at this thick and sharp plastic, is anyone gets hurt that’s serious problem !Really disappointed。
