Cruising Customs is highly recommended- they go above & beyond with customer service. We had some technical issues just before a trip & Hancock came in on a public holiday, (it was bloody hot 🥵) spending the whole day getting things sorted for us. Collaborative with excellent communications, keeping you informed & up to date the whole way through your project. An experienced round Australia trekker he knows what does & doesn’t work in tough Aussie conditions.

Got a heap of work done by Hancock and couldn’t rate it more 🙌🏽 From initial messages to finished product absolutely stoked.
Went on a 3 month trip living out of my car (running fridge, camera gear, etc) and in 40+ degree days in a row solar and all power held up a charm as others were running flat.

We found Hancock and Cruising Customs to fix some old electrics and install a new system in our Toyota Hiace camper and couldn't recommend him highly enough!

His work was incredibly neat and managing the build with him was a dream. We are based in Sydney and the drive was definitely worth the trip for the quality of work he offers. We found he not only went the extra mile, but his suggestions on how to improve the set up were invaluable.

Recently had all my 12v electricals ranging from batteries, solar panels, lights, water system etc done by James at cruising customs and I could not recommend him enough. From the very start he listened to all I wanted done to the van and went above and beyond to do all the work.

His pricing is very fair and will let you know what suits your individual car/van best, and was also very communicative throughout the whole process. Will definitely be coming to him again in the future to get more stuff done to the van. Thanks heaps James !

Awesome company to deal with. I previously had a cheap and nasty setup that I couldn’t rely on. Cruising customs was more than happy to get my 12v system up to scratch.
