Had such a great experience with CAS. Our 2-year-old chlorinator's LCD screen malfunctioned. After sending it back (reply paid provided), the technicians (Ashton and George) not only replaced the screen but also installed a fan and updated the software. The chlorinator is now in the post on its way back to us within 24 hours. Very impressed with the customer service.

We took our Crystal Clear Chlorinator in Thursday morning and it was tested, the problem found, fixed and ready for pick up on Friday. This service saved us a lot of expense by being repaired instead of buying a new one. We found both Sharon and George extremely friendly and efficient in dealing with this and George was extremely helpful in explaining the problem to us. I'd like to give a big shout out to George and Sharon who provided prompt professional and most of all useful technical assistance across many emails over the last week culminating with a final phone call today to re-commission my aging system.

They assisted me with troubleshooting tips, options and expert guidance to bring my salt chlorinator issues to a successful conclusion.

As a humble pool owner for 20 years - but not an installer - however more than capable of repairing almost anything around the home - they took me at face value and provided the type of after sales assistance and technical guidance we all hope for a - but seldom receive so much anymore these days, and in my case long after the sale.

Do not purchase anything from this company they do not honour their warranty. I purchased a replacement salt cell for my pool in May 2022. It does not work when turned on this year. The store where I purchased it advises that you need written consent from the company to get a replacement which they say is impossible. I have attempted to contact the company by email and phone on numerous occasions and no response at all. Their cel lasted one season on a two year warranty. $750 down the drain. Don’t make the same mistake I made stay with the name brand replacement parts.

The technical support team are amazing. Keen to help resolve an issue I had with a timer backup battery starting to lose its charge when the chlorinator is running on off-peak power. The chlorinator was just out of warranty but the team fixed it free of charge. I was fully prepared to pay for the replacement battery to be fitted. I sent the unit back to the factory and they replaced the whole timer and battery and then promptly shipped it back. Just over 48 hours from sending the unit to when I received it back. Great to see an Aussie company "playing the long game" to retain happy customers and not out to make a fast dollar. Well done guys!
