We ordered a door and it took months and months to deliver. The first time they made the door they cut the hardware incorrectly and had to remake the door. When the second door arrived the hardware had to be installed upside down to fit. We had to pay a carpenter double to recut the door because it did not fit and it broke its roller. I spoke to the person who measured the door who said it was not their fault it was because the ceiling and floor is not level even though they had performed measurements on site. I called the office and asked for someone to speak to me about all the issues but a manager did not call me back. I have found this whole experience to be very stressful and bizarre from a customer experience perspective.

I was recommended by my friend to use CS product.I have a house renovation project and need a cavity slider to be installed in the kitchen.The sales rep is very professional and he knows the products quite well. He has recommended the product for me and solved my problem! I’m happy with their service and product, would definitely recommend to friends.

Our company ordered product beginning of Oct - it is now the 2nd week in Feb & still no product. Paid in advance as per their company policy & STILL no product. Frankly, this dismal 1 star rating is far too generous .... not to mention we now have an unhappy client.
