I've contacted them first via sales then sales guy told me to contact to Ron Barington ( in charge of quotation I guess) was given the e-mail details. I have compiled all drawings and documents explicitly stating what we need and mailed it through with a request for Quotation with an auto reminder after two days. I've received the receipt that my message was read by the person. Next day after an hour I had auto reminder popped up on my screen and their screen, I decided to give a follow up call. when I called RB said "it is not their thing." I told it would be nice if he had responded when he received my first Request for Quotation and 2 days after seen the reminder again. ignorance, indifference kills any business sooner or later. Seems they are full and don't need any new business. Don't waste your time. find a capable and hungry fabricator.
