I was booked in for a 9am brake test and arrived early to be greeted with " what do you want - we're really busy". I was very rudely spoken to about where to park the car. Once again the guy spoke rudely in addressing me. I called him on his behaviour and he apologized. I cannot recommend this business or their filthy workshop/ business. It's a wonder they're still in business - perhaps they need to realise that if you treat your customers disrespectfully on first meeting them they won't be back

Booked in for Pink slip, I was greeted with a "we're too busy right now you'll have to wait" when I showed up. Failed my pinkslip for ridiculous reasons such as my license plate was faded... its not...
