We had a great experience at Custom Designs! We originally bought a couch from them more than 10 years ago (at their Moore Park location), bought another when we moved home a few years later (again from Moore Park), and just bought a series of dining chairs and bar stools from them for our new home (this time from their Caringbah location).

The longevity of their furniture is impressive: that 10 year old couch we passed onto friends, and has seen continuous use from 2011 - 2024, before those same friends finally replaced it with another Custom Designs couch of their own.

This time around the service was no different to the last: friendly salespeople, willing to do you a reasonable deal, and accepting of delays that might happen in being able to take delivery. We love all our new furniture. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Custom Design Furniture are absolutely amazing - their customer service is awesome. Rhonda was so accommodating in helping me design my lounge - the factory turned it around 3 weeks and even the delivery guys were brilliant to deal with - all Australian made. I am so in love my with my beautiful new lounge - very happy customer!!!

Fantastic service, great products

We've been customers for 12Y and have bought lots of furniture from Custom Designs. Recently Alex and the Team did a fantastic job with helping us restore our 12Y old armchairs to their original glory, after many years of use and abuse. After a visit to the shop to buy our new custom lounge set, in a conversation we mentioned that we still have and love our old comfy chairs and how fantastic it would be if we could get them refreshed in a more modern material as they are structurally still very solid but bit outdated. Few days later we got a call to arrange chair transport to their nearby factory for update and two weeks later they were back to our lounge room with a new gorgeous look.

My husband and I recently purchased a number of items of furniture from Custom Designs at Caringbah. We are extremely happy with every item, particularly a lounge that was custom built for a bay window. Alex the manager and his sales team including Anna, Ron and Rhonda went out of their way to assist us with every detail of our order. They truly went above and beyond our expectations. Jim our lounge maker was simply incredible. Visiting our home to take measurements and fittings no less than 4 times to ensure the lounge fitted perfectly and we were completely happy. Anna and Alex worked tirelessly to track down a particular fabric we wanted . We would thoroughly recommend Custom Designs Furniture to anyone searching for quality pieces with friendly and helpful staff.

We looked through the showroom and decided on the Rio suite. Ron was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. The showroom example wasn’t the right size but this was no problem and it only took 3 weeks to deliver.
The delivery team were courteous and removed all the packaging and set the suite into position which looked perfect straight away for us.
Massive thanks to Ron and the Custom Designs team for a speedy and easy experience with the purchase.
