I am a local business and prefer to keep business local. I reached out a few times for a quote on a Domino stairclimber and never heard back so I purchased via a Sydney company. I reached out 3 times and for a potential client that is 2 times to many to request a quote. Perhaps consider a better CRM to not lose potential sales opportunities.

I needed a trolley to hold a 150kg stacked washer and dryer units for my laundry/bathroom and infrared sauna project. I had to work with very narrow spaces to maximse the space available for the fittings, and an off the shelf unit would not have the look and detail that I was after. I turned to Custom Trolleys after looking over examples of their work, and started discussing my requirements with them (platform size, painted, low height, weight capacity, locking wheels). Working with Luke and Paul we sketched out the design, and I ordered the unit. It arrived and is now a key but unobtrusive feature of the renovation. I thoroughly recommend Custom Trolleys for the quality and detail that goes into their constructions.
