Melaleuka Farm The Steak House in Piara Waters offers an outstanding dining experience, combining premium-quality steaks with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. From the moment you arrive, the friendly and accommodating staff ensure a seamless experience, making this venue a fantastic choice for both casual dining and special occasions.

The restaurant features both indoor dining and a spacious beer garden with plenty of seating, catering to different preferences. The beer garden is an excellent spot for outdoor dining and is enhanced by a large screen, perfect for watching major sporting events. Inside, the dining area is comfortable and well-designed, creating a relaxed yet refined setting. The venue also provides clean and well-maintained bathroom facilities, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

For our meal, we ordered the sirloin and Scotch fillet, accompanied by mac & cheese, steamed greens, a Pepsi, and a Solo. Each dish was cooked to perfection, with the steaks exceeding expectations in both flavor and tenderness. The mac & cheese was rich and creamy, while the steamed greens offered a fresh, well-balanced complement to the meal.

Conveniently, the restaurant is attached to Cy O’Connor pub and a Thirsty Camel bottle shop with a drive-through, making it a great all-in-one destination. Given its popularity, booking in advance is highly recommended.

Great location hidden behind the bottleshop . Food was prepared quickly and to a high standard. There is a bit of a dress code so make sure you attend neat and tidy. Steak and chicken were cooked perfectly.

The top-floor dining room at the C.Y. O'Connor Village Pub, comfortably accommodating over 30 guests, provided a delightful, quiet space away from the lively buzz of the pub below. It was an ideal setting for sharing stories and enjoying good company.
The food was superb, with the Melaleuka Farm Beef Schnitzel emerging as a firm favourite—perfectly tender and full of flavour. However, the Melaleuka Farm beef ribs were a bit hit-or-miss; while some in the group enjoyed their servings, others found them too sparse on meat, making it something of a gamble.
The staff were outstanding—courteous, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. Their warmth added to the overall positive experience, making the evening even more enjoyable.
With its inviting atmosphere, excellent service, and some standout dishes, this is a spot well worth revisiting. A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon all around!

We had burgers and fish tacos today for lunch and it was quite possibly one of the best burgers I have ever had. Also the chips were amazing!

Had their steak sandwich. The steak sandwich was nice (sauce, bread, lettuce) but the actual steak was so tough and dry. It tastes like cheap minute steak you buy from woolies.
They advertise that their beef is from Melaleuka Farm, but I think the farmers would be disappointed that this is what is put in a steak sandwich.
The chips were great, just let down by the awful steak

Regular here, great beers. Old steak sandwich was really good.
The current 2024 version is a miss though, flavour was ok but the steak, which looks like minute steak was cooked soo much that it was just tough, grey and chalky.

The steak sandwich was tough I couldn’t chew through the meat, wouldn’t recommend at all. Had to take the meat out to even be able to eat the ‘sandwhich’.

The atmosphere and set up of the pub are very good, excellent layout. When ordering from the table QR, the service was unfortunately slow, when ordering a drink it is much quicker to just order it from the bar. Whilst is it very good that the venue had active security at the door, it was unfortunate to see that the security on duty is often not doing their job but rather sending text messages and answering phone calls, paying no attention to the venue. The food was excellent and well presented, and the servers were polite and efficient when clearing empty glasses and plates. Overall this Venue rates very well and is worth a visit
