I can only say, what a fantastic customer service experience. I left a voicemail message and within 30 mins I had a call from the Managing Director while he was out on the road. Furthermore, I sent an email for Hytera programming software and was sent a downloadable link to the software within a few hours. I've dealt with numerous radio suppliers before and always had a 3-5 business day response time. Others take note, this is how you run a business!

Used the Audio Everywhere system for a temporary installation as a translation service into 3 different languages. Great product that worked flawlessly. Jason and his team provided amazing service both in the lead up to the event as well as during. Jason and his team were up all night, even answering questions at 2am, trying to resolve an issue that in the end was a problem with our network, not his equipment. Would recommend this product and team to everyone.

i requested a quote and Owen got back to me with the price and delivery time which it says 5 days after payment, i pay for the product and emailed him regarding the delivery he mentioned it will be shipped on Monday i checked back with him after a week and he laughed and said to me that ah its not delivered to us and i don't know when it will be delivered.
defiantly a the worse communication i had with a supplier in a while, typical sales trick before payment the communication and promises all on point and after payment you need to chase them up and all you get is a laugh and i don't know. AVOID
