Came in for a specific screw, asked a guy on till for help, he proceeding to look at his watch huff and puff and tell me he couldn’t help as he is on his own. I would expect a store that sell specialist products to have staff to assist customers.

Very helpful staff. However, when asked if i needed any help, they didn't stick around past the word no.
"No thanks, just looking" were my words. Can't be too busy with an empty store. You can't stick around to hear someone's full sentence.

I was looking for some fittings this morning and although they didn’t have the exact things I wanted, ALEX helped me. This young man can think outside the box and came up with brilliant substitutes. His customer service is exceptional and honestly made my day.

Not even worth one star. Service today was pitiful to the extreme. I am use to poor customer service if I am forced to go to this store but today topped the cake. I went in for paint. Walked past the only two staff who were engrossed in conversation with each other. Finding what I wanted, I stood at the paint counter waiting. One of the staff members noticed me and was walking in my direction. But no, he disappeared! To catch the eye of the other staff member, I had to wave my arms in the air. He came over but as soon as he knew I needed paint, told me the ONLY guy that does paint was just sent for smoko. I just had to wait 20 minutes. What would happen if he was off sick? I presume the store wouldn't open! Apparently smoko couldn't wait until after serving the ONLY customer in the store. My time is just as important as theirs and obviously I gave my business to Bunnings. Huge thumbs down Dalby.
