Wow, seriously got the best lounge ever and for a amazing price, extremely comfortable and huge which is great for movie nights. Way better than other places and cheaper. Amazing staff very friendly and helpful. Delivery included, they also carried it in, unwrapped it and set it up.
Highly recommend and will definitely get my family to go there for any future lounges.

To the owner.
I gave you ample opportunity to correct what you call “ relaxed foam , and comfort creases” what utter rubbish. We are talking about products of two sittings and me the only one sitting.Relaxed foam comes from inferior foam choice , and comfort creases(which must be your own made up phrase for poor workmanship).
I have parted with almost $5000 for rubbish from Dankz.I decided to advertise it for sale on FB Market place for $400 as I couldn’t stand to look at it in my home. There were 390 views and not one inquiry. I reduced it all to $200 and did get one person to take it.
I am more than extremely happy with what I have now purchased from FantasticFurniture for a quarter of the payment I made to you. Made in NSW, I cannot fault the workmanship and quality. I can even turn the base cushion over because they are all the same fabric not cheap grey felt as yours were on the underside. Also there has been no “foam relaxation or comfort creases” as you quote as being “normal”.
I would be utterly ashamed of charging nearly $5000 for the quality you sold me.
And please don’t make it read that you would like to have put things right.I sent in two cushions which came back improved but certainly not right so there was no point in sending the others in.By putting things right in a correct and honest way I would liked you to have collected it and give me my money back.You didn’t even offer me 30 day or 60 day satisfaction warranty which other furniture shops offer.
I thought I was doing the right thing by choosing a “Made in W.A. Family business”
I should have done more research
However I learnt my lesson .

Went to the mandurah store to look for the lounge i saw online they didnt have it and store was understaffed so couldnt help so i took a risk and drove to port Kennedy store … they had it and i ordered on the spot .. delivered 5 days later by some great delivery guys!! Justine was the salesperson she was fabulous !! Thankyou Dankz 😊
