Extremely unprofessional company.

I went through Danmar doors as they were recommended by my insurance company. Several employees lacked professionalism when in dialogue.

Unprofessional attire when arriving to jobs.

Defected the first job and did not advise me until several weeks later. Would not allow a different employee to complete the second job when requested.

Postpone jobs the day before they're to be completed.

Did not leave remaining components where instructed to and made no attempt to provide additional assistance after making errors.

Cost of job also quite expensive.

Would not recommend.

Look at my beautiful new door! Definitely get what you pay for with these doors. They are just as neat on the back, so thin, hardly notice the wind so if you use your garage as a She Shed like I do, they are gorgeous! And quiet! So quiet! The service you get from Danmar is faultless! From reception to installation. They keep you informed along the way - I can honestly say that I am embarrassed at how much I love this door 😂If I ever needed another one, I wouldn’t even waste my time getting one from anywhere else.

Very positive experience, Drew was onsite within a few hours and attended to the issue at hand. Had another company come out earlier that day, looked at the job, told me the motor was stuffed and he could install a new one for $2,000. Trust me he said, I've been in the industry for 10 years, I know what I'm talking about. Drew fixed the motor, a true gentleman.

Luke from Danmar replaced the motor for our auto Garage door recently and did an excellent job. He was on time, efficient and did an excellent job. I would go as far as to say a perfect job.... and I am pretty fussy!
Danmar Doors installed a custom designed Garage door on our new build 17 years ago and did an excellent job then. Great to see a local company keeping up the great work. Well done and thanks again Luke.

A big thank you to Danmar Garage Doors for the quick and professional response this morning. The contractor assigned to the job was, punctual, polite and very reassuring after an unfortunate incident with the car and garage door. I cant recommend Drew enough. It's very refreshing to have a punctual, polite and tidy trades person in our home. Thanks Drew and Danmar.

Danmar Fitted a new double sectional door 2 years ago and when contacted about the tensioner bracket pulling away from the wall due to poor installation and workmanship they refused to fix it unless I paid for the repair. Why would you pay to have another poor installer try to fix the first failed installation. Yes warranty is 12months on door components and mechanism. Apparently no warranty on poor workmanship.

Go up
