We recently used these Defendoor to get security screens on our front and back entries. They were quick with their quote, helpful with advice on what product would be best and did a great job of installation. The doors are modern, sleek, solid and of great quality. They were helpful with information on how to use and maintain the doors afterwards also. Great company, highly recommended.

We just moved to Newcastle into an old house, we had a couple of people look at our house and were told that we could only put a security door on the front and not the back door. When Keith from Defendoor came out to look at the job he was optimistic about it and ended up coming up with a solution and now our house is fully secured with their security doors and window screens.

The whole process from measuring, product selection, quoting to delivery was seamless and their communication was excellent. We really had a good experience with this company and I am very happy to recommend them to anyone who wants security doors and screens.

We are really happy with our door, we don’t really bother locking the main door anymore because the security door is triple locked and the mesh is pretty much as solid as the door behind it.

Professional in every way. From the measure and quote through to the install. A classy and solid shutter door was installed for us as a garage door. A great way to remove the internal fittings/hardware from inside your garage, that are typically used by 'normal' garage doors.

The install was done professionally (by Michael), ahead of time and with care. Instructions were provided after install. I especially love the total electronic system (no paper) from quote to payments. They made it really easy and pleasant to do business with. What a fantastic company to deal with! Within days of me emailing for a quote they had been and measured all my windows.
The quote was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be.
2 weeks later they were installed.
Communication was excellent, text updates were welcome.
The quality of the flyscreens is top notch. They can withstand magpies, who entrap themselves in my sunroom, flying into them constantly whilst being chased by my puppy.

We have roller shutters and security grilles installed. From the initial inspection and measurement up to installations were very easy process. The blokes that does the installation were very nice and helpful and their works are fantastic and spot on. The quality of the product itself are superb... To mention, I asked for modification with the grilles, Doolans then organise to re-measure and easily advised and provided me the service. Price is reasonable. Excellent service and communications. Highly recommended.

Installer was very professional, even fixed an issue on existing sliding screen door that I was keeping. Installer had plenty of time to make sure every door opened and closed perfectly.
