DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..Took nearly 6 months for them to finally install, then not fitted correctly just screwed directly into hebel without any plugs so they have come away. The first one completely after only a few weeks and now the second. Couldn’t get a hold of the company reached out via instagram, phone calls and emailing their service department. It’s been 3 months and they just tell me when someone is in your area they will call out and have a look. Absolute thieves just take your money and never hear from them again.

Very bad services after install the awning ( after makes a payment) difficult to contact them,leaking roof for 4 months and the installers no qualifications,every time call for the factory for multiple time not answering,leaking very bad from the first week after install,but the factory left the house for over 4 months leaking without do anything.
My house is brand new house,nothing happened like This after they came to installed immediately leaked till today ( over 4 months)
NEVER EVER RECOMMEND for any friends…

Thought I'd give sometime before I could share my horrid experience to see if my emotions and thoughts would change, but NO, nearly a year into my purchase, I still cannot let go of the horrid experience I had with blinds installation. Firstly, The product gets 5 star from me. They have best the best product but not the best salesman and installor. The 1 star review is for the quote, sale and install process. Quote tactic used was quite aggressive in converting into a sale. The problem was that no finite and detailed description of the blinds were provided at the time of contract execution. When it came to installation, they messed up our pergola which resulted in us not having to use the full length of the blind for which I fully paid for! No acknowledgement or compensation provided! Have to constantly follow up with them on bookings and re bookings which is a hassle in itself. It was just so hard with the whole process. Nice bunch of guys, excellent product, But I would not be using them again. I am currently looking for the products these guys sell/manufacture so I dont have to use them again.

Such a great experience. They were prompt, professional and quick. We were told it would take a month to have them ready and just under a month we received a phone call saying they were ready to install. So happy with the product, the customer service and workmanship. Extra happy that these trade men cleaned up after themseleves too. Not many tradies do. I was disappointed with the previous blind company as they told me we couldn't put electric blinds on my outdoor veranda so i paid over $3000 for manual ones which were shocking. They drilled holes in my tiles to use as clips which ruined them. Not only did they bang in the wind, they scratched my poles, had gaps and were inconvenient. So i wasted my money for nothing. Wish i found this company first. Amazing quality.
