Highly professional local company. We purchased a stove/hobb and needed someone to install. Detlevs’s was recommended as the preferred installer. They sent a tech/site surveyor to the house to see if the product would fit. It would not, without significant costs. We had an alternative, which was essentialy, same model with some design features. Detlev’s quoted us on the spot. Then we had to wait for the stove/hobb to arrive. Install team arrived within the window and gave us a 30 minute warming.

They unpacked the new product and installed, removed the old products and took away the rubbish. All done and dusted in 30 minutes, Best install ever.

Dealing with Detlev's is a dream, from the initial friendly and helpful contact through to the professional, friendly and expert execution of the work. I have needed a couple of lighting jobs done recently, and each one has been carried out so well, in good time and with a great result. Detlev's have been amazing from the very first phone call through to our 5th (or 6th) visit! Commercial site that we have called them back to for multiple jobs, small and large. They have been highly professional and friendly throughout the whole job, coming back within a day or two and always showing up when they say they will. Special mention to Rob who was my point of contact and managed the whole job - would highly recommend them to anyone!

The whole experience with Detlev's was fantastic, right from my initial phone contact through to appointment reminders and installation. We had a new double oven installed and all the rubbish and old oven removed. James and Riley did a great job, arrived at the scheduled time and kept us informed throughout the installation process. Very professional and friendly service, would highly recommend.
