I took a full grown cow Elk that I harvested to them and I did not get all the meat back. When asked I was told that is all the it produced. A asked to have the stakes tenderize ans they came back less than 1/8 thick. After contacting them they stopped returning my calls. Please find a better place to go

Be prepared to dig deep into your pocket. Took small button buck, payed $100 deposit, which I don't blame them for getting a deposit, but went to pick it up. Had to pay another $89.00. Way over priced. Will not use again
