Ferne at the passport office was wonderful - both helpful and compassionate. It really made a huge difference during the stress of our travel predicament to interact with someone as efficient and as lovely as her.

Most helpful mob of people. I work in a remote community and my passport expiring. Due to fly overseas in 48 hours. They emailed thru an pre filled form for me to sign. Attended appointment with form, photos and ID. Passport was ready in 2 hours. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Thanks a million ?

Heading over to Bali soon for the first time post covid and thought i had better get my passport checked, you know how it goes your passport looks a bit rough and all of a sudden you are being held up at customs. the staff were super friendly and gave me a fair assessment.
I needed a new passport if i wanted to travel again. showed them my drivers licence and they printed the form for me with my name and address, to take straight to the post office to get my photos and application done all at the same time. And expert tip, tick the box that says collect from your local passport office it will save you time,
Great work by the courteous and very helpful team

Amazing experience with the Darwin Passport Office! Shauna & Karishma were both exceptionally lovely and helpful.
Needed a priority passport and when I renewed my passport I was lucky enough to have my 2 day turn around processing within 2 hours!! Totally mind blown honestly!!!
Avoid the longer waiting time & processing at the post office and go to the passport office at DFAT on Mitchell Street instead.
Anxiety and stress all gone, passport sorted. Very very happy! Thank you

My daughter's passport application was lost after being submitted from a post office in the Palmerston area.
(With a trip overseas booked for a few weeks later).
After I contacted the Australian passport help line and my application couldn't be located anywhere, the Darwin passport office staff promptly contacted me, booked me in for an interview and in less than 5 days I got my girl's passport in my hands.
I am aware that accidents can happen. But I have to thank you very much all the staff at the Darwin office for the efficiency and promptness in fixing my situation.

I recieved exceptional customer service by Passport agent Donna at Darwin's passport office. She organised to upgrade my passport to priority for me to be able to recieve a job sponsorship from the UK. Could of been the difference between gaining employment or having my offer retracted. Thanks again 🙂

Funny how things change i gave this office a 5 star review; however this morning I rang about a stolen passport for my granddaughter, she said she must ring, I thought but when I asked the officer her name she promptly hung up on me. What a joke@
