Continuous late replies, longest being 5 business days to reply to "Do you have stock available at **"
Still waiting for a reply to "Where are we at with this order?" And that's been delayed for 4 business days.
The email responses are not professional and give the feeling of blowing you off.
Would recommend putting your money somewhere else.

A great shop in the center of Brisbane , we were on holiday and wanted to get some digital prints made, the staff were so helpful and I ended up in thee having a good chat with some really cool people, and my Fujifilm prints came out so well, I went back the next day to have two rolls of film developed, again great service and these were done and emailed to me within a couple of days. Other than that the shop also had lots of great hardware stocked and had some great promotions on, I got two new rolls of film free with my developments. Next time we are in Bris we will be returning

I ordered a lens from Digi Direct and what arrived was faulty + clearly defective. It was nowhere near what was advertised. It’s unusable, and I posted it back in the exact condition I purchased it in requesting a refund.

I reached out to customer service, hoping for a resolution, but I’m still waiting for any sort of meaningful response after a month. The customer service team also are forwarding me emails in Arabic letters asking to pay money - the whole website feels like a scam

It’s frustrating and disheartening to deal with a company that clearly doesn’t stand by the quality of its products or its commitment to customer satisfaction.

I ordered two items priced at $1,395 each, clearly marked as "in stock." A day later, I received an email claiming the item was unavailable and supposedly discontinued. Yet, they have since increased the price on their website to $1,999 but no indication it's out of stock. No refund has been issued despite multiple follow-ups, and my attempts to contact them have been ignored.

Instore has been O.K but
Recently paid for a $700 lens online, unaware out off stock.
support emails went unanswered for a week. Offered credit.
Difficult to get refund.
eventually received 50% of value.
Don't go there.

**UPDATE: Digi Direct ignored follow ups about a refund for express shipping despite not having stock. The bag has since come WEEKS after it was ordered, but the customer service agents from Digi Direct have made no effort to follow up or advise the status of our request or the bag. The only way we received any info was an automatic shipping confirmation.

In recent years the customer service of Digi Direct has become absolute garbage. My wife ordered me a camera bag as a present fathers and paid for express shipping to ensure it would be there on time. It was ordered more than a week early - ample time for 1-3 day delivery and processing the order.

As it turns out the bag was not in stock - despite it still being listed as *in stock* in the store as I type this very review.

When she had not received a shipping confirmation a few days after ordering she submitted two customer service enquirers online and never received a response from the first one and also called. The CS agent she spoke to in the phone named Aldrin(would not produced his last name or employeeID) and an email reply Darry Amion.

Neither offered any solutions and were totally unhelpful, with the replies basically amounting to, “that sucks.” Aldrin who she spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and pushed back on refunding the express shipping, despite Digi Direct being unable to fulfil that service which she paid extra for.

Aldrin was so rude on the phone it left my wife in tears.

I would recommend if you're looking to purchase camera gear go for Camera Pro in Briabane. While they might be a few bucks more expensive, the stock listings on their site are accurate and the CS agents want to help you and work to find a solution.
