What a refreshing change to deal with an efficient business.
Contacted Direct Gas just before closing on Tuesday & ordered 2 x 45kg bottles - 7.45 am the following morning the bottles were delivered! Added bonus too, as there’s no yearly service charge.
Direct Gas puts the big boys to shame.

Fast, prompt and trouble free! I ran out of gas unexpectedly, current provider couldn't deliver a new bottle for 3-5 days or 1-2 days for a charge of $82. I rang you guys up and despite being flat out I had a delivery organised for the next day! Best of all, no delivery charge and no fuss! Will definitely be staying on a customer. Thanks again for such a fast delivery.

Cant recommend this company enough. They are always so prompt and lovely.

They don’t know this but a little over a year ago I was in labour with my daughter on a Saturday evening. We had run out of gas meaning no hot water and all the companies we phoned refused to deliver, even for extra cost. My mum called Direct Gas and no questions asked, they drove an hour to help us out not knowing the urgency of the situation.

Fast forward to now, they became my regular gas company, are just as lovely and fast no matter how busy it is, and still urgently deliver my gas no questions asked on the rare occasion that I run out. As a past review stated, these guys put the bigger companies to shame. Absolution super stars!
