Shocker of a business. I left an item there for modification and was told it would be done 'next week'. Text messages and answering machine messages were left from 8 days after leaving the item with no reply at all. Requests were made for a suitable time to pick it up with no reply. 2 visits were made and the shop was shut. On the second visit a person was sighted entering the shop and the situation was explained. The situation had got to the point where legal proceedings were considered. That person contacted the owner and I finally received a reply after a month saying he would 'leave it out the front'. When notified that was not secure and that I'd require the item now returned I was told to 'get f@cked'.
I'd avoid this business at all costs
