Fantastic customer service. You got us out of an air conditioning hole at the worst time of the year for needing to keep the old bones cool. Wonderful office staff and fantastic technicians doing an instllation of two new units in the pouring rain.

DMC were quick to provide a quote and Install 2 new air cons. When one aircon unit stopped working 8 weeks after installation , DMC were quick to look at the aircon, admit fault and fix the issue free of charge. Honest, trustworthy and prompt service. Thankyou

Recently had air conditioning replaced due to the Townsville Floods. This company went above and beyond for our family. They had our damaged units out and new units installed quicker than the time it took to make a claim through our insurance company.

Eh, it takes way too long just to get a quote. If you want your air con replaced you should book a few months in advance. Then maybe they'll give you a quote.

I rang DMC on Wednesday promised that they would have a technician out that afternoon otherwise first thing Thursday morning. Still waiting no phone call no follow up, so I rang this morning Friday , from my impression they were not too interested in getting the work. Went to another company.

Had numerous air-conditioning installed in brand new house under builders contract. TERRIBLE install job - had issues with all aircons which were fixed under guise of manufacturers 'warranty'. No responsibility or accountability taken by DMC and the arrogance is off the charts. BEWARE if you deal with this company, for if you have issues, they wont accept liability regardless of proof. Got off on a technicality due to 'contract' being with a now de-registered builder !!
