Richard and Rachel are the owners of this outstanding butchery which looks amazing in their new location. Their produce is fresh and the quality is fantastic. They are the most lovely and helpful people, customer service is exceptional. They are knowledgeable and helpful with tips on how to cook different cuts.
I have had many guests thoroughly enjoy the dinner I cooked, thanks to Rachel and Richard's advice.
Highly recommended. Best butcher in Darwin.

Love the pork in plum sauce so much. The sauce didn’t burn and it still crackled in the air fryer. Only thing I could ask if you could put gluten free on the stickers. I purchase your products from someone you supply too.

Meat is great quality and flavour and they have huge variety, including Goat. The staff are amazing. Richard and Rachel are fantastic and they sure know how to employ the right people. Always a positive shopping experience at Dobbies. I am very happy they opened their store in my local shopping centre. Only positive things to say about this small local business.

This team are amazing, deliver amazing customer service, I always want something outside the usual stock , and they go above and beyond to deliver,
Boned and rolled pork belly this week was incredible ( sorry too busy eating to get a photo
Previous week was boned lamb shoulder for smoking which we made yiros incredible tender lamb, the week before was biltong with a grass fed Rump, so tender and extremely tasty. Thank guys so glad you are our local butcher at Nightcliff
