22$ for a chicken ceaser wrap and this is the state of the wrapp I got after waiting 30mins (3) scabby bits of chicken burned bacon and no salad dressing.

Staff look at you like your the problem when you complainan about the service and quality of the food. This was second the attempt at making my wrap

Very surprised that the coffee in DOME is actually very good, minus the latte art. Clean and nice ambience . Huge selection of food, ample seating. will try the food next time we are there. Lots of parking . Will be back

Ok so it's a dome cafe and the coffee is good but the service is awful. Plenty of tables but very few of them were cleared from plates etc. I had to clear a table for myself and somehow scrape the table clean. I asked for a table to be cleared but nothing happened. I understand it gets busy but I don't expect to do there job for them.

Dome is always a comfortable cafe, find your favorite corner, then sit for hours. Enjoy your coffee.

Credit where credit is due. This is a nice Dome. The order arrived quickly. The server was very friendly and cheerful and the coffee and muffins were delicious and perfectly made.

Every time i come to dome I’m always excited because dome is my favourite cafe the food is always amazing but every single time i see Jillian at the front counter I just want to leave. She has some arrogant tone in her voice and she will just stare and expect you to start speaking it’s hard to tell when she’s done placing in what I had just said into the order thing. I’m quite repulsed in her customer service every time I come into the store she needs to be making food or drinks not serving people as she doesn’t k ow the first thing about customer service. Next time she’s working the front counter I will be leaving and going to the lazy corner.

We arrived about 45 minutes before closing time on a Saturday night for dinner. No problems with ordering and food was good quality. Only about 2 other groups there.
Staff were friendly and service was quick.

I have been to this Dome a number of times and have even gone as far as to share just how amazing the friendly service was to my family and friends.

That was until I had the displeasure of being served Juliana/Jillian (one or the other, I'm not too sure).

Every other time I've eaten here, the staff are so lovely and friendly, making you feel welcomed. This particular woman, however, is the complete opposite. Her attitude is horrendous, she is unapproachable, and she makes you feel so judged as you order. She mumbles, so you feel compelled to ask her to repeat herself, then you are met with the coldest, most judgemental stare known to man.

Next time I walk in here, if she is working, I will be leaving. The food is good but not worth suffering through her attitude.

I think every other staff member should receive a raise except for her.
