Best butcher is nsw and qld. The quality is the best I’ve ever seen. The review below saying items were over priced doesn’t understand the difference and quality of the shop. If you want to eat junk go somewhere else and pay less but if you only want the best for your family go to Doug’s.

Read all the reviews and think they are overrated. Anyone who will pay sixteen dollars for six beef sausages has too much money which he wanted to charge me. Any where else a sausage is the dregs of an animal mostly consisting of fat except this butcher thinks they’re made from minced eye fillet Will never go back.🤬

Bought a 4.5kg brisket here for a big Australia Day BBQ to put on our smoker. Product was from Cape Grim and it was absolutely beautiful quality. Other butches didn't have a fraction of the size of brisket Dougs were offering. Highly recommended.

Best on the coast. We never waste anything from Doug's as the quality is so superior. I'm happy to pay a little extra to save money by not wasting or feeding dogs next door..sausages incomparable. Lamb roast Devine! I could go on but suffice to say we have tried so many butchers and this one simply NEVER disappoints.
