I recently had a rhinoplasty with dr imani and I can honestly say this journey has changed my life. Before I decided to go ahead, I did a lot of research, and I was impressed by Dr. Imani’s background as an ENT specialist and the amazing rhinoplasty results I came across on his social media. From my first consultation to the post-surgery care, every part of the experience was handled with great professionalism and kindness. During our initial meeting, Dr. Imani took the time to explain the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. I really admire his dedication to creating a natural-looking nose that complements each person's unique features, rather than going for the typical "Barbie" nose or unrealistic results. This made me feel much more comfortable about moving forward. I also really appreciated the receptionist Noellia, who was always friendly and supportive. She was there to answer my questions and made the process of booking my surgery and follow-ups really easy, which helped reduce my stress. On the day of the surgery, I was truly impressed by the level of care I received which helped ease my anxiety as I was pretty nervous to go under anaesthesia. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt secure knowing I was in such good hands. Now, weeks later, I am so happy with the results! The swelling is going down, and I can already see the wonderful changes to my nose’s shape. I was so surprised for how good it looks on the cast removal day, I couldn’t believe that was my nose! I had never been so happy and excited in my life! It’s clear that Dr. Imani’s skill was key to the amazing outcome, and I couldn’t be more pleased that I chose to go through with this. My recovery was surprisingly quick and easy! I had almost no pain, just a little discomfort from a stuffy nose and having to sleep sitting up. Remarkably, I felt back to normal by the fourth-fifth day! I am also extremely impressed with how good my breathing has become, although I didn’t address any breathing difficulties as I didn’t have any I’ve still felt as though after this surgery my breathing has significantly improved! I’ve also started using Dr Imani’s specialised skincare serum (helps reduce blackheads and acne), and I’m excited to see how it works. It feels great on my skin, and I would already recommend it. If you’re thinking about rhinoplasty, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Imani. My experience has been outstanding, and I am truly thankful for the care I received. I had my rhinoplasty done with Dr Imani just under 2 years ago now and was one of the best things I’ve ever done- the recovery was painless with some discomfort from the swelling but only lasted around 5 days. I remember the cast removal and the result exceeded my expectations. I got my rhinoplasty revision done 3 weeks ago with Dr Imani, I had rhinoplasty done 5 years ago with another surgeon, unfortunately it was a poor disappointing outcome, I had breathing difficulties, hole in my septum and failed valve after this surgery. Dr Imani recently performed my revision rhinoplasty, after another surgeon in Perth ruined my nose and left me with an appalling aesthetic result.

Dr Imani was extremely understanding, honest, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process.
He was able to remove the unnecessary grafts and medpor implants that had been inserted in my nose by the previous surgeon; which was jacking up my nose and causing it to look extremely wide and large, and did not suit the face of a young 20 year old girl.

Although I am only 3 weeks post revision rhinoplasty and there is swelling, I am already so much happier with the shape as it is smaller and no longer bulky, and I am so excited to see the progress over the coming months!

Dr Imani is a highly skilled surgeon who is personable and honest in all interactions. Post op recovery (septoplasty and rhinoplasty) was straightforward with minimal discomfort and I am thrilled with the results. Dr Imani is worth every cent.

Edited to note that, whilst the change in the shape of my nose was immediately discernable to me, close family and friends didn't even notice!
