We've used Dr Pooh in the past to empty Biocycle tank and found their pricing and services to be excellent. We've moved to a new property with two old school septic's they were previously managing. I called to have them emptied as I thought they were full. The lady I spoke with explained how our systems operate and that they didn't require emptying. They could have easily emptied the tanks and charged us but instead provided the right advise. You can't beat service like this.
