Julia has been incredible. She goes above and beyond with every aspect of the process and honestly has the best customer service I’ve ever come across.

From the get go, she was super accomodating and helpful with explaining what the screen printing process involved, comparing different methods of printing and the different costs associated which helped massively, because being new to business and it being the first time I’d ever gone down the garment printing path, it was all quite overwhelming.

Julia ensure that I had all the information and all the different options available to me, to be able to make a decision that was best for my business. The entire process from designing, to proofing, or ordering etc was made super easy by her constant efforts to touch base and she always kept me updated throughout the entire process.

Julia was also a great help in regard to what what garments would work best with my customer base, which designs to go with and also future business ideas in terms of releases, launching new lines, promotional advice etc.

As our first foray into apparel DRK LBL really could not have made the process more stress free. From initial contact with our apparel consultant Andy, through the selection process, getting samples, placing the order and getting it into our hands (ahead of schedule mind you!) we really could not have asked for a chiller process. Andy is awesome at his job, answered all our questions with ease and kept us so updated throughout the process including sending videos we ended up using on our socials. Of course the apparel and printing quality was 10/10.
