The first time I used this service, Craig was the person talking the sample. Craig felt the need to let me know he was an undercover police officer working as a member of a gang. This made me instantly uncomfortable, and this was not the only thing he said that made me very uncomfortable 😳 There were also cat toys everywhere and I was informed a cat lived there there. Highly unhygienic. I returned for a second time, against my better judgment, as I was assured the experience would be better. The second time was even worse! This time it was the other male working there that took the sample. As I entered the room, someone else’s hair was all over the table. The piece of foil used to weigh the hair, the scissors used to cut my hair and all other utensils used, were not cleaned in front of me, I just had to trust they were sterilised. I was the instructed to part my own hair, no clips or combs were used and this man hacked at the crown of my head. As he pulled the sample away from my head, it was obvious it was not cut cleanly as my hair bunched together at the top. He then proceeded to cut it at the root end to make it straight!!!! The cut was also at least a centimetre from my scalp. Craig also convinced the person I’m against in court, that the other places that provide this service do not use a proper chain of custody so that I would be forced to go to him. This is a lie! Nothing was explained properly and when I questioned the contradicting information given, Craig was unable to properly explain anything. Do not use this service! Please! I am begging you, do your research and go somewhere else. The place I use now has been absolutely amazing every step of the way.

Both Craig and Pete were fantastic in explaining process, and results were explained and extremely fast ( hair follicle) and a lot cheaper than other providers. Couldn't recommend there services enough.

Best priced around town Craig knows his stuff. Can ask him anything about hair folical and he will know and explain. Plus they will give a expiation on ur report. I've been to a few and would highly recommend to come here.

I can't thank Drug Detection Au for all your assistance with my drug and alcohol hair tests for my custody matter. Craig and Peter are the most friendliest and helpful and qualified hair testers and they don't make you feel uncomfortable or look at you like your automatically a drug addict.... P.S I passed every test with flying colours 🥳 Again thankyou Craig and Peter for even just the moral support haha you two are the best in Brisbane.
