Cannot recommend Duraprints Australia highly enough. They were easy to communicate with, talked me through the process of how they were transferring my tapes to digital and the quality of the transfer was fantastic. I can't glow enough about Duraprints. S tier quality from start to finish. The process and timeline was clear. They packed all my tapes up beautifully too.

As for the videos. I got to see our life story so far. Pre-internet life. Spent the evening crying in gratitude.

Russell is professional, meticulous and provides his services with a lovely demeanor. He walked me through each VHS tape I had and, despite some of them being in mediocre condition, delivered quality results.

I also had a single (separate) VHS request which didn't end up having any family footage on it, and despite the labour involved he waived the charge, which I thought was a nice gesture.

Would definitely recommend.

Russell is a professional and has been doing this for a long time. He managed to transfer all of my tapes into a single USB and the quality is great. Loved his work. I was in tears being able to see family members that aren't with us anymore.

We had slides and video dating back to 60 years which unfortunately were not properly stored. We needed to find someone who could restore priceless family memories. Russell took exceptional care and genuine attention to our concerns. He produced incredible results despite being told by other companies that nothing could be done. Duraprints take the greatest of care and Russell assessed each slide on what technique would be best to ensure quality was not compromised. Beware of cheaper imitations! Duraprints produce high quality work and I would not go anywhere else if you are looking for the best in their field!
