Waited just over 2 months for delivery but the final product was great. Very well packaged. Good instructions with helpful pics, fitted myself took 1.5 hours all up but I took my time. Looks great, sits on the car perfectly.

Extremely disappointed with the company , bought a nudge bar for $1400 and I misplaced the brackets. The company does not ship brackets on its own. So i have a $1400 nudge bar sitting at home gathering dust, very disappointed, bad customer experience, would not buy from this company again.

5 stars for the guys at ECB clontarf, we have had a bad run with wildlife on our roads and had both indicator/park lights on bull bar damaged from roo's and wombats, the guys were above and beyond to help, sent out new ones wich arrived in like 2 days, and better yet didn't charge a thing!!! Absolute legends, and would highly recommend these guys for tough as bull bars!!!

Excellent customer service, had a small part of my bullbar snap (plastic part) sent an email and heard back almost immediately. Just asked me for what part and model it was and sent me a new part free of charge. Love that they are putting the customer first!

Very disappointed in this company, over 8 weeks ago I order a bull bar through a dealer who checked on delivery which was to be by the 14th of Sept. making it a 10 week delivery so I paid a $500 deposit. Luckily I checked with the dealer one week early who found out to his horror that the bar wouldn't be ready until the 22nd of October. There had been no updates from ECB, it just shows that this company can't be trusted when dealing with them and I will get my bull bar from else where.

Can’t speak highly enough of the people at ECB. They replaced my broken spotlight bracket with 2 new heavier duty ones, on my 7 year old bar, for free.
Where else do you get treated like that?
