The first time in almost 10 years i felt at ease with a doctor. I was treated with respect and never felt my integrity was questioned . I walked out with no anxiety and felt heard without being in a panic. The doctor reassured me he would be happy to be my new care provider and we could work together as a team to get my health back the best we can . I know it’s only my first visit and lots can change but at this stage I feel I may have found myself an amazing doctor . More doctors need this kind of bedside manner - thank you ! The receptionist team were also very helpful . For the first time I’ve walked out of a doctors appointment without being “triggered “ with anxiety .

I went to get assistance from the nurse last week. I work in a room just next door to this practice. I had injured my knee and sought help from the nurse, who was covering reception. I asked if they could help me get my knee back in place, she was so rude and told me to call an ambulance, I advised I just needed assistance as I was working a shift in the rooms next door and still had patients. She just snapped and said well I'm doing reception. She was super rude and super unhelpful. I will never recommend anyone go to her at all. So thankyou for being horrible and unhelpful. I did end up going to Emergency in the end.

The service and care from the doctor when you get to see them, is great. However, the excessive wait time from your scheduled appointment, to when you actually see them is a bit much. 5 to 10 minutes, sure. 30 minutes plus is too much.

My regular doctor cancelled at the last minute. The practice phoned me to advise and as I needed to see a doctor today, there were able to fit me in with another doctor. The doctor was attentive and advised I could’ve used Telehealth appointment for what I needed.
Even though my appointment lasted only about 3 minutes, it was worthwhile visiting the practice.
