I arranged to meet a friend today just to have some Xmas pudding as we do every year, the restaurant was quite busy, but I turned up just after 3pm and we told no closed, a security man saw us at the door asked if we need help, we explained how upset we were (really looking forward to their pudding) and suggested we try the gaming room, glad he did. The gentleman and lady were so nice who were working in there. The lady who was there went above and beyond, next minute my friend and I are sitting enjoying our pudding in the restaurant, both the people in the gaming room and the security guard gave excellent service, the gentleman at the door who first met us could gain from some training in customer service.

Experienced the restaurant and found it to be a good standard.

Enjoyed an excellent Asian Influenced Oyster serving. It's worth a try if you like oysters.

My Tasmanian Lamb Cutlets were well cooked to my liking. The meat was tender and flavoursome.

Overall, it's a good place to eat with a very extensive menu.

I would happily return.

Had a fantastic dining experience at the Eatons Hill Hotel restaurant. The cool air conditioning made the atmosphere comfortable, and the steak was cooked to perfection—medium rare, just as I like it. The oysters and tuna were fresh and absolutely on point, showcasing excellent quality. The table was sturdy and well-suited for a relaxing meal. I appreciated the convenience of ordering directly from the QR code—easy and efficient.

Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend for a solid meal in a comfortable setting

My experience with Eatons Hill Hotel was excellent from the moment we spoke on the phone with Courtney. Courtney's professionalism and warmth comes across welcoming and genuine an asset to any establishment. The Operations Manager my apologies I am unsure of the spelling of his name begins with A. He was very welcoming professional and very helpful regarding hotel policy and regulations. Breakfast was a nice treat and our King Suite was lovely clean spacious and modern. I would not hesitate to recommend Eatons Hill Hotel based on our experience in fact i look forward to our next booking with Eatons Hill Hotel. Thank you all for such a lovely experience and stay. We had a one night stay in this lovely Hotel. So beautifully decorated. Staff more than helpful. Complimentary breakfast more than adequate. Down from Sunshine Coast to see family. Had a fantastic dinner at the Hotel Bistro. Delighted with this whole complex. We will be back. Highly recommend.

We recnetly celebrated our work End of Year Function with you in the Hills West Room complete with food, entertainment and bar staff. This was our first experience with this side of Eatons Hill as we had used the Tavern in the past and it didnt dissapoint. All staff thoroughly enjoyed themselves, loved the food and venue including the staff who where helpfull, accomodating and fun. We had several staffers who also stayed with you and enjoyed gthe expereince as well. GREAT JOB and THANK YOU TO ALL.

I had a wonderful dinner followed by a few drinks and a little play in the gaming lounge.
I would like to make special shout out to Isabel for single handedly operating and maintaining the gaming lounge at a first-rate standard. The room in entirety including the bar was immaculate and her level of customer service was second to none.
Great venue with even better staff, highly recommended to all!

Beautiful accommodation and great front office staff. Highly recommend booking a suite. It's amazing! My only complaint is that I only got to stay one night! Definitely will visit again. Close to everything you need.. restaurants, supermarket etc. Can't fault it.
