Marie, Steve and other staff were very helpful. I had them repair my wife’s Mum’s Gomier E Trike. They moved premises while they had the trike so it took a little longer than I hoped for but I can appreciate the effort it took. Price of repairs was very reasonable imo. Thanks.

I was shopping for a new bike an had tried different shops but the service I got for John was so good I had all ready got one of there folding bikes but now have sprint as well just to test ride he adjusted the handle bars the seat set the bike up just for me nothing was a problem answer all the silly question I had and gave me a really good deal. I am hook on now I ride my bike every day in 4 weeks have done over 1500 kilometres thanks so much John and your team

A friend knew that I had failed to ride both a modern pushbike and a brand-new e-bike and told me to get a tricycle. I had every excuse that it wouldn't work for me.

My husband looked uptricycle suppliers in WA and found Ebikers. He said I should try them out.

I was negative about the whole deal when we went that afternoon. A trike was set up ready for me to try and I didn't like it. I inspected the entire range of electric tricycles and pointed out one I liked. Marie spent nearly 2 hours helping me learn how to handle it. And then I went for a test ride at Bathers Beach. My husband was astonished - I had a smile on my face! I rode back to the shop and said I want to buy this one. Thanks Marie and John. My life has changed.
