Bit of a rough track in parts, but my RWD Territory did it no dramas. Just need to be careful. Wouldn't do it in a Camry or a Vdub though! Huge views when you get to the top, so is worth the effort. Been up a couple of times now and never dissappoints. 🙂

What an amazing place, view is spectacular. It’s a little rough to get to but. Dirt roads most of the way. But worth checking out if you have the time.

The climb up is, er, exciting, 4WD and decent ground clearance needed, but it’s definitely worth it for the spectacular views and serene energies. Don’t miss this, if you have the opportunity.

Edit August 2024 - some older reviews are saying it’s ok without 4WD. Look, the track has deteriorated since then. I wouldn’t do it if I didn’t have 4WD *and* good ground clearance. If you have all that, go for it, because the lookout is astonishingly good, but please, while you’re driving on the track, don’t be a selfish ba$tard and bash it and make it worse for everyone else. Karma's a b|tch.

Beautiful views the picnic grounds and facilities were excellent but it is definitely a four wheel drive track.....and reasonably slow going.....but the views are worth it.

Magnificent views, and worth the drive up the rough and rocky access track. I'd probably suggest a 4wd for this, although any car with adequate ground clearance should make it as the very steep sections have been paved. Don't go past this one!

Views are fantastic. Road up from the bottom is quite rough and corrugated. Not recommended for 2wd cars. Surrounding countryside is nice and green at the moment after recent rains.
