I had a charity type job come in to my workshop. A disabled vehicle automated ramp and tail gate system was failing intermittently. After spending many hours to find the problem we tracked down the manufacturer, which is how I met Oliver. Although the control system was quite old Oliver answered all our questions and even connected into the unit remotely to see if the problem was to do with the controller. It turned out that despite it's age it was working perfectly. We could then focus on other areas of the system.

EDR Electronics Pty Ltd has been providing the majority of our electronics design and board production for the last 20 years, responding quickly and professionally to our sometimes vague and challenging requests. The forethought that led to designed-in flexibility, and the changes we've been able to implement quickly and inexpensively since, have allowed each of the original platforms EDR has developed for us to perform well beyond our initial expectations. EDR's excellence in design, attention to detail, and quality of manufacture is clearly evident, with nearly every one of the thousands of devices (containing EDR-designed and -produced boards) we've sold over the past 20 years still being in daily use with minimal requirement for ongoing servicing – which makes our customers very happy. It doesn't get much better than that.
