Good place to bring some food and drinks and enjoy the views of Moreton Island across the water there if you’re lucky you’ll get to see some dolphins and possibly whales jumping around out there. Also a nice little non busy beach to go for a dip.

If you’re backpacking in a van possible stay the night as there’s a bunch of car parks and a beach shower until moving on to your next destination.

With the park the lookout offers an elevated view of the beach. The area is a nicely laid out and cared for garden with facilities: picnic tables, outdoor shower, car parking, easy access to the beach, and nice walks in the park especially northwards. There's great care here which makes for a pleasant stay. Book for functions

Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Often see dolphins feeding close to shore. Birds of prey also seem to hang out here. Great spot for a walk and nature

Had a wonderful day trip up to Bribie Island to visit friends who live at Banksia Beach.

We had the opportunity during our time at Bribie to be driven around various parts of the island, one place being Edwin Schrag Lookout at Woorim.
What a picture-perfect place to visit with views looking out over to Moreton Bay & Moreton Island.

This part of the Bribie island has pristine beaches, & the waters are so clear.

Limited parking is available at this location. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a picnic lunch or just go for a swim or walk along the beach.

There were no public toilets available at this location. This is something that the local council has to attend to going forward.

The bird life is predominant & we had the pleasure of seeing several dolphins in the waters close to the beach.

It is worth the time spent there, the weather was just perfect for the occasion.
