Purchased a Safeway electric bike here two years ago.
I have had nothing but trouble with it. Contact the owner last October to have it repaired as not working we are now May and still not repaired The same part is still under warranty as the same part has already been replaced.
His response is maybe he can have it fixed in June. But could be December.
To say I’m unhappy with the after sales service.
, is putting it lightly.
This man only wants your money and then his gone!!!!!
Would I recommend them . Hell no!!!!!
