Working with Giovanni on our kitchen renovation was an enjoyable experience. He used his creative and practical knowledge to provide us with a unique, functional and beautiful kitchen space with a European flair we would not have received from other designers.
He was readily available to assist throughout the project and spent many hours with us on the design phase and many days on site right through the installation and completion process.

There are many things that have impressed me about Giovanni's work in our kitchen renovation..customer service is of the highest standard. He is very professional and yet incredibly personable. Excellent and regular communication. The standout quality I feel is that Giovanni owns your kitchen project and the level of care is as if it were his own kitchen, or his own work of art. He doesn't just leave it to others to do their bit. He carefully coordinates everything and is often present to coordinate and double check on things to make sure it measures up precisely. I also found that he is very calm and supportive and gives you time to make choices. He also listens and understands what you want. HE is a positive person with creative energy, ideas, vision and passion for his work and simply lovely to work with. Nothing is a problem and he is a very good problem solver and will go the extra mile! We had one manufacturer defect on a couple of the panels and Giovanni came and assessed and immediately contacted the manufacturer to get a replacement. From my experience, I can definitely recommend a kitchen/bathroom renovation with Elementi Concept led by Giovanni.

Would give you a 6 stars rating, simply because you are a step over the top.
Super cool design style, excellent service and more important you have delivered on time and beyond the expectations. Really unreal outcome given the current market conditions.
We really had a wonderful experience throughout the whole process and you managed to take us thru all the details as well as the issues that typically pop up btw design and execution with lots of patience, and with good and cost effective final solutions.
We love the results of the renovation and the house now really feels like ours, with very much your customised elegant style.

We are extremely pleased with our new Elementi kitchen and all of our friends that have viewed it are equally impressed. The design contains unique custom features not normally seen in typical new kitchens. The quality of the Italian made cabinets and hardware is to very high standard. Throughout the design, installation and beyond stages, Giovanni was always present and he worked well with us to design it to our tastes, while offering his own valuable suggestions. We highly recommend Elementi for any kitchen or bath project, if you want a unique design while at the same time, not cost prohibitive.
