The price may be minutley better than some other gas providers, But their customer service is inexcusably poor.
I called up on a Friday as both gas bottles had emptied and placed and order for two bottles, the lady I spoke to was from the sunshine coast office she was lovely and helpful placed the order for me a marked it as urgent as I explained to her that I am pregnant and my partner is recovering from a head cold so it was fairly important we received gas asap. She explained it wouldn't arrive until Monday, as they did not work weekends, which was understandable. she said I should call on Monday to make sure they make me a priority, which I did. After speaking with my local Caboolture office at 5pm Monday explaining my disappointment they proceeded to tell me that Some of their other customers have waited a WEEK! For gas bottles, not a very reassuring statement, not to mention unprofessional. Still have not received gas and will be paying the extra $20 with another company for a faster more professional service.

Always super easy to get our gas, and the customer service is great. They're lovely to talk to and have made sure we get a delivery of gas same day when we ran out of gas
