Thanks Jack, Stuart and the team for going above and beyond my expectations throughout the whole process in buying a new Cervelo. I've visited a few other Cervelo dealers in Perth but didn't have the same vibe or confidence that I got from Jack and Stuart.

The service was outstanding and the price was very competitive and fair. More important than the price, is the quality of servicing and turn-around times and communications which they excel in. They made sure that I was happy with the bike and I'll definitely be coming back for any of my cycling needs.

Much appreciated and I'll be happily recommending Elite to all my cycling mates.

A lengthy review I do not take these lightly.

After multiple services at Elite Cycles I can confidently say the teams professionalism, expertise and turn around time is second to none. Details of services below:

First Encounter:
I had bought a second hand road bike and tried to adjust the bike post and dropped the bike clamp into the bike frame. No bike shop wanted to touch the job, not Glen Parker, not Churchill, not 99 Bikes. Elite offered to do it for $50 if I went for a full service which my bike needed. I got a new bike chain and fixed a cracked part in the derailleur which had been inhibiting smooth gear changes. All up $278.95 was spent.

Second Encounter:
6-month service because I want to 100% confidence in my second hand bike riding down Welshpool road at 70km/hr. Braking cables were changed. I couldn’t get my cassette to work on my bike trainer; they helped me transpose a cassette from an old set of wheels to my bike trainer which did the trick. All up $228.95 was spent.

Third Encounter:
My derailleur again was knocked out of place due to a steep pedestrian ramp and needed attention. I took the opportunity to have them switch out my bikes crankset on this visit. A bearing needed to be replaced for the crankset. All up $65 was spent.

Went in asking for a new back tyre due to it being bent out of shape after bei g hit by a car and they said I'd be without the bike for 2 days. (Not as easy for me as they sell it as I haven't a car). Come back 2 days later and question why the same wheel is on it and get told 'we've bent your wheel back into place and it should be good for now'. Extremely disrespectful to then have the audacity to charge me just under 50 dollars for it all. If you think I'll be coming back here to spend more money on what I originally came in for after I've caused an injury on my bike due to your negligence then this is a horrible way to treat your customers

Paid $280 for a full bike service plus more for parts (new cabling, chain, bearings), but had to go elsewhere for a follow-up. Elite Cycles offered a free follow-up attempt to fix issues, but after two visits and some frustration, I needed a third-party service. The brake pads were not properly centered on both visits—tightening prevented the wheel from spinning, while loosening caused no engagement. The front derailleur wasn’t properly adjusted, causing chain drops, and the cable tension was off. Despite swapping pads between carbon and alloy-specific ones (for different wherlsets), the carbon pads remained on wheels with alloy rims. A raft of basic things were also found to be not right during the third party service, including the broken rings in the brake pads that were put on.

Jack dropped everything to fix my Giant tubeless puncture. Replaced to tyres, & sold me a plug kit. Clean, efficient & informative with some good banter. Taking my SLR 1 back for full service. Might be my new LBS

I was in the market for a new bike and Elites was the third shop for the day. Jack served me and told him my size and budget. He showed me a Cervelo Soloist and allowed me to take it for a test ride. The bike suited me to a tee and paid deposit Friday and picked up Saturday. It was an almost perfect transaction with Bruno and another mechanic but when I took the bike home familiarising myself discovered the shifter button batteries were in the red. I replaced those as an easy job for a mechanically minded person. If those were new, would have scored 5/5. An amazing 1st ride this morning in company with Bianchi and SWorks bikes. Over the moon, great price and a Cervelo fan now.....
