Big Thank You to the very amazing and knowledgeable Tom D.
When we walked into the store, staff were very helpful but not pushy. I had very specific requests and Tom was able to narrow it down to 3 chairs, with one being the one he thought would be best. I definitely agreed with the one he thought best and ended up buying it on the spot, very pleased as well that they had it in stock for me to take home on the day.
Not only that, when I asked for some help with a few other products, Tom was immediately able to understand what I meant and helped me pick out other office furniture.
Suffice to say, I'll be back for any other office furniture in the future 😊

Very disappointed with the level of service at the Woolloongabba store. Came into store looking to purchase a lot of new office furniture and although the quality of product seemed good, we refused to spend money with a company that offers this level of poor service. Shame on you staff members working today. You lost a great sale and have tarnished the company name for us.
