dont do it gurl. After 2hours of much pain the result of my lashes were nothing like the reference photo i showed from their page. I booked exactly the same as the photo described was done (i guess it was my fault for not selecting the same person that had performed the lash extensions ). not to mention spending $50 for bottom lashes is not worth it they fall out not even after 24 hours 🥲.

Extremely disappointing and stressful.

I went in for lash extensions but ended up with a result that looked different to what I asked for or what they show on their insta. The lashes felt heavy and thick, so I politely requested a refund and stated I would get them removed somewhere else.

They kept insisting I come back for a removal and replacement a week after, but I declined. They kept insisting I come back for a removal and replacement, even saying they’ll do a refund as well. They even pushed for me to return that same day for a removal, which I agreed to because I wasn’t sure I could book a removal elsewhere on short notice.

I drove back with the understanding that I would only be getting the removal and could decide later about a replacement. This was their offer. Not mine. When I asked how long it would take, they said 20 minutes.

When I returned, they asked AGAIN if I wanted a new set, and I told them I wasn’t sure because I didn’t know what it would look like. All my responses to the new set was “I don’t know” or “I’m not sure”, so they told me, “Let’s do the removal first so we can see your real lashes,” which I agreed to, but during the process, they went ahead and applied a new set without my full consent.

I even asked mid-way if we were still just doing the removal, and they said yes, which made the end result even more unexpected when I woke up with a completely new set of lashes. (I fell asleep thinking the removal was just taking a bit longer because my eyes were stinging so much.)

Even though I told them I wasn’t happy because I was not expecting another set, they kept asking, "Are you happy with your new lashes?" and didn't address my concerns. When I expressed further dissatisfaction, they stopped responding to my messages altogether.

On top of everything, some lower lashes from the first set were halfway removed and poking my eyelids. I’ve had to pluck some of them out. I missed important personal plans because of the whole ordeal, and this experience caused me a lot of unnecessary stress.

Frankly speaking I cried a lot, which made the lash glue run, and I couldn’t see well for 8+ hours until I had them urgently removed the next morning somewhere else. That’s mostly my fault but I wanted them removed anyway as it was unsettling keeping something on my body I didn’t consent to.

I hope the salon improves how they communicate and respects the wishes of their clients. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them based on my experience.
